Your deposit/retainer fee (non - refundable) is due upon booking to secure your session.

Studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances within first 4 weeks from original photo shoot date.
After that the deposit will be lost and you will need to pay another deposit to secure your booking.

The date remains available to other clients until payment has been received.

Please notify us 48h in advance if you need to reschedule.

Copyright Policy

The Copyright Act protects all professional photographers by giving us the exclusive rights to reproduce the photographs from your session. Alina Holohan of Just Too Cute Photography retains all copyrights to all session images and reserves the right to use images for promotional or competitive purposes.

All images are the property of Just Too Cute Photography and are also protected by copyright laws, therefore may not be copied, scanned, downloaded, emailed or reproduced in any way without permission from the photographer.

Just Too Cute Photography reserves the right to refuse services to those who violate the copyright policy.
